Fulfilment Operations occur Monday - Friday, 10 am - 5 pm. Holiday hours may vary. Orders will typically be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via a selected carrier within order, with delivery within 3-5 business days for domestic orders.

 

RETURNS

The following return policy applies to all non-alcoholic purchases.

Preservation appreciates your purchase and will accept returns of any unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise with proof of purchase for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags attached to the item. If your shipment contains an item that has been damaged, please e-mail SHOP@PRESERVATIONDISTILLERY.COM  to initiate an exchange or full refund. For all other returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please ship the product(s) you wish to return/exchange to the address listed below. Please include the packing slip from your order with your return.
