A 6–9-year marriage from unique lots aged in our Bardstown warehouse, these premium barrels were unified and proofed to a flawless 109.8 with Preservation Farm’s viscous limestone water. This union of Preservation’s pot-distilled bourbon and some of our older casks pays homage to the classic flavors of much-sought-after “Dusty” bourbon. A distinct mid-century nuance that beautifully sets it apart in our collection.
